Burns Wean Assessment Program

In doing literature reviews on ventilator liberation I found an interesting scoring system for predicting weaning success. The program was developed by Suzzanne Burns at UVA. It seems like a very easy assessment tool. Has anybody had any practical experience with using the "Burns Wean Assessment Program"?
